Cardinals Winter League Notebook 11-23-12

Venezuelan League


Javier Brito (former Memphis-Margarita) started at first base and batted third.  0-for-4 with two strikeouts.
Kristhiam Linares (former Springfield-Margarita) entered in the sixth and pitched one inning.  He allowed no hits or runs. (g/f:1-2)

Eduardo Sanchez (Memphis-Aragua) entered in the fourth and pitched 1.1 innings.  He allowed one hit, one earned run, one walk, threw one wild pitch, and struck one out for the winning decision (2-1). (g/f:1-0)(ir-s:1-1)
