Cardinals Winter League Notebook 12-20-18: Arturo Reyes Strikes Out One Over Three Scoreless Innings; Hector Garcia Singles Twice & Drives In Two Runs; Vicente Campos Pitched Two Scoreless Innings

Mexican Pacific League:
