Cardinals Winter League Notebook 12-16-16: Efren Navarro Walks & Hits A Two-Run Homer; Fidencio Flores Strikes Out Five & Allows One Run Over Eight Innings For The Win; Tommy Pham Singles Twice, Walks, & Drives In Two Runs In Doubleheader



Venezuelan League:

Ronny Cedeno (former MLB signing-Magallanes) started at second base and batted second.  1-for-5 with one run, two strikeouts, and assisted in two double plays.
