Hector Manuel Soto (MiLB signing-Monterrey-Mochis), who just signed a minor league deal with St. Louis, made two relief appearances posting a 1-0 record in the 2014 U-15 Baseball Cup. He allowed three hits, three earned runs, one walk, hit one batter, and struck three out over three innings (g/f:3-2). He was named to the Mexican team for the Panamerican Sub-18 Championship in September-October, 2016. The right-hander pitched for Monterrey in the LMB Academy. He made two relief appearances during the 2016 season posting a 0-0 record, 1.50 ERA, and .217 OBA.
