Cardinals Winter League Notebook 10-25-17: Andrew Knizner Named AFL Player Of The Week; Raul Valdes Strikes Out Three Over Six Scoreless Innings; Edgard Montiel Hits A Solo Home Run



Arizona Fall League:

John Nogowski (Springfield-Surprise) started at first base and batted sixth.  1-for-3 with one double, one RBI, two runs, one walk, and one strikeout.
Edmundo Sosa (Palm Beach-Surprise) started at shortstop and batted eighth.  1-for-4 at the plate.
Arturo Reyes (Memphis-Surprise) entered in the ninth and pitched one inning.  He allowed five hits, three earned runs, and struck two out.  (p-s:29-21)
