Notes:
St. Louis purchased the contract of Ramon Urias (Mochis) from Mexico, where he spent the last five seasons after being playing two in the Texas organization.  The middle infielder played for Mochis in the Mexican Pacific League during the 2017-18 winter season.  The 23-year old right-handed hitter played in 58 games going 68-for-212 (.321) with 13 doubles, two triples, one home run, 13 RBIs, 88 total bases, 29 runs, 27 walks, six stolen bases, 32 strikeouts, nine caught stealing, .431 OBP, .415 SLG, and .846 OPS.  MiLB Official Site
