Cardinals Winter League Notebook 1-4-17: Evan MacLane Strikes Out Two Over Seven Scoreless Innings; Eugenio Velez Doubles & Hits A Two-Run Homer; Breyvic Valera Singles In Final Appearance Of 2016-17 LVBP Season
